Poulos Cottage — Who said small can't be about big design

My clients wanted to live on their land outside of Richmond, Virginia, while they waited for their custom home to be built. The idea: create a space that would be comfortable for the couple to stay in, fit with the motif of the main home, and, to be useful after they moved into the main house. The solution: design a cozy cottage which will become a guesthouse/pool house after the main house is complete.
